Warranty Inspections for the Builder
The Warranty Inspection package was designed with the busy builder in mind. We would customize a Warranty Program that serves you and your clients in a impartial way and in accordance with the Alberta New Home Buyers Protection Act. We can also set up the program in which we call your vendors to fix deficiencies and follow up to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. This could benefit the builder as follows:
- Time savings.
- No part time warranty Administrator required.
- Less hassle.
- Competent, neutral and objective inspections.
- Certified inspector with a proper understanding of the homes systems and components.
